Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from project teams, sales portals, CRM systems, ERP/HRMS tools, and site operations.
• Maintain accurate data repositories and ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Finance, CRM, Construction).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for leadership (sales performance, lead conversion, inventory status, site progress, etc.).
• Develop automated reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Ensure timely availability of critical business MIS.
• Analyze leads, conversions, channel partner performance, customer demographics, and campaign ROI.
• Support price recommendations, discount analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Track sales trends across projects and markets.
• Analyze project progress, construction productivity, material utilization, timelines, and risks.
• Support PMO with project performance insights and variance analysis.
• Monitor budget vs. actual for projects when required.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Present insights to business heads to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Contribute to feasibility studies for new projects or land acquisitions.
• Convert complex data sets into easy-to-understand visual reports.
• Create presentations for CXOs, monthly reviews, and board meetings.
• Track market trends, pricing patterns, new launches, customer preferences, and competitive movements.
• Support research for pricing strategies and project positioning.
