Job Description

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assets such as images, video, PDF, and InDesign files are properly uploaded, managed, and maintained in the Global Marketing Databases for our client. Your role will involve responding to queries regarding these assets promptly and providing relevant information as required. Additionally, you will be tasked with data maintenance and the upload of various assets for the client in their databases. A key aspect of this role will be providing user support via Jira for all CELUM requests from different brands. You will also be responsible for conducting quality checks on naming conventions and metadata concepts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all assets. Furthermore, you will support User Guide Specialists, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers in managing their tools and asset expiry lifecycles on the client's Global Marketing Databases. In this position, you will also coordinate the phase-out of assets upon request and handle the archiving of assets as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should be proactive, objectives-driven, and possess exceptional attention to detail. Additionally, you should have the ability to coordinate and support multiple stakeholders while setting priorities and adapting to a dynamic environment.
