Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis Visualization:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Design and maintain insightful dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Reporting Insights:

• Deliver actionable business insights through comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with teams to embed data-driven decision-making.

• Tool Optimization:

• Leverage Python, SQL, and other tools to optimize data pipelines.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data for analysis.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
• Document processes and methodologies for future scalability.

What We re Looking For

• Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• PGDM in IT Business Analysis or equivalent (preferred).

• Experience:

• Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong command of Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Django Rest Framework and Postman (preferred).

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM technologies (a significant advantage).

• Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
