Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Angular to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader, capable of guiding the technical direction, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code and architecture standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical delivery for web applications using .NET and Angular stack. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design system architecture, database structures, APIs, and front-end components. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in C# and Angular. Review code, provide feedback, and enforce best practices (code quality, performance, security). Mentor junior and mid-level developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and technical growth. Manage and contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously evaluate and improve technology choices and development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of full stack development experience, including leadership or team lead roles. Strong proficiency in C# , .NET Core / .NET 6+ , Entity Framework , and Web API development . Expertise in Angular 10+ , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful services , Microservices architecture , and API design . Experience with SQL Server , database design, and optimization. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS . Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes . Understanding of front-end unit testing (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and back-end testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Exposure to other JavaScript frameworks or libraries is a plus (e.g., React, Node.js).

Product Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is key to ensuring product-market fit, driving demand, and enabling go-to-market success. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to define positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. Key Responsibilities: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform messaging and content strategy. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement tools (pitch decks, battle cards, product sheets). Drive demand generation initiatives in collaboration with the digital marketing team. Create high-quality product marketing content including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and videos. Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and iterate based on data-driven insights. Act as a product evangelist across all internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles, GTM strategies, and SaaS customer journeys. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and content. Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. Exposure to analytics and data-driven marketing. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
