Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data analytics solutions using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI to drive business insights and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement.
Design and implement campaign analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Conduct customer segmentation analysis to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reporting on key metrics and trends to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or related field with expertise in Banking & Finance industry.
Strong proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, Customer Analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
Experience working with large datasets using statistical techniques like clustering, segmentation etc.
