R ole & responsibilities Analyse current situation (As-is), identify improvement opportunities and recommend ideas for Improvement Identify loopholes in process for next level improvement Interpreting data analysis results, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on the findings to support business decisions and strategies Should be able to work with group of people as a team and thrive for results Keeping up to date with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends, and continuously improving technical and analytical skills Should be able to meet stringent deadlines under pressure Communicate issues/challenges/achievements proactively with all process owners Interpreting data analysis results, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on the findings to support business decisions and strategies Positive approach for handling situations Managing Queues and Allocation Process Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, and the ability to ensure Skills and Competecies Critical thinking Strong observation and analytical skills Solution oriented thinking Good in communication email and verbal both Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadline under pressure Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. MS office knowledge Good presentation skill Educational Background Graduate in any stream Excel and Basic knowledge of SQL and Advance Excel will be an added advantage
