Data & AI Solution Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled data & AI Solution Consultant with a specialisation in Data & AI to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the proposals by delivering high-level technical expertise, coordinating with different stakeholders to design tailored solutions, and articulating the value of our Data & AI offerings to prospective clients.

The Solutions Consultant is a key role within the Data & AI cluster, supporting the team by coordinating and managing the proposals for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present customised technical solutions that meet client requirements.
• Build and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our Data & AI capabilities.
• Project manage the entire technical solutioning process, publish and track the bid plan and manage all its dependencies.
• Anchor and lead the technical proposal from end to end, working together with sales and the technical team.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical questionnaires in a timely and professional manner.
• Build the solution storyboards with inputs from all stakeholders to ensure a strong and compelling solution.
• Develop the proposal by working closely with delivery and architecture teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with best practices.
• Lead the creation of sales collateral, whitepapers, and case studies to support business development efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Data & AI technologies, platforms, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Having an MBA along with it would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role within IT services, with a focus on Data & AI.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, data, or AI technologies are a plus.
