Outpace Consulting Services is seeking Language Experts in Danish, Norwegian, Polish, or Swedish for a leading ITES company. As a key point of contact, you'll provide customer support via email and phone, handling inquiries related to card and account maintenance, company products, campaigns, complaints, and issue resolution using tools like ServiceNow (SNOW). This role requires independent work, a commitment to continuous learning, and intermediate written and spoken proficiency (B1-B2 level) in your target language. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing support via email and phone. Inquiry Management: Handle questions related to card and customer account maintenance, company products, campaigns, complaints, and cash claims. Issue Resolution: Register and resolve customer issues in tools like ServiceNow (SNOW). Continuous Improvement: Be eager to learn product and process knowledge and continuously improve language skills. Task Management: Complete tasks independently, with high quality, and within given timeframes, complying with deadlines. Required Qualifications: Education: Secondary school graduate or higher education student/graduate. Language Proficiency: Intermediate level (B1-B2) of written and spoken Danish, Norwegian, Polish, or Swedish. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Polish Translator. Skills: Computer literate, quick learner, ability to understand tasks and systems, and capability to switch between tasks rapidly.
