Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured dance lessons for all students.
• Teach proper techniques in various Western dance styles consistently.
• Motivate and inspire students to express creativity confidently.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback regularly.
• Organize and coordinate dance performances or showcases successfully.
• Ensure studio safety and proper dance equipment usage always.
• Maintain student attendance records and progress reports accurately.
• Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary dance projects efficiently.

Skill & Experience

• Expertise in multiple Western dance forms and performance techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and colleagues.
• Ability to choreograph original routines creatively and effectively.
• Patience and adaptability while teaching students of varying skill levels.
• Knowledge of dance theory, musicality, and rhythm comprehension.
• Physical stamina, coordination, and fitness to demonstrate movements properly.
