Role Overview: We are looking for a Dairy Plant Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of our milk processing unit. The role requires overseeing production, packaging, hygiene, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily milk processing, packaging, dispatch, and logistics planning. Ensure FSSAI compliance, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. Manage plant staff, schedules, and workflow efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers. Monitor equipment performance, coordinate repairs, and control inventory. Maintain accurate production, logistics, and compliance records. Requirements: Must: Strong leadership, logistics planning, and vendor management skills. Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in dairy/food processing or plant supervision preferred.
