Job Description

As a D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support for D365 Finance and Operations (FO) modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Addressing incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage, and system resolution. - Participating in configuration and validation of asset management, such as maintenance scheduling, work orders, and asset tracking. - Collaborating with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues like PO automation and ACH/banking interfaces. - Documenting solutions, system changes, and contributing to support runbooks and playbooks. - Optimizing and streamlining supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact. - Facilitating knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members. - Supporting quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation. In order to qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 6-8 years of experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules; D365 certification would be a plus. - Familiarity with inventory flow, procurement, asset management, and ERP incident management. - Ability to synthesize complex issues and recommend effective process improvements. - Experience in documentation and operational reporting. Your exceptional communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams will be crucial for success in this role.
