D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant

As a D365 Supply Chain Management Consultant working in an offshore location on a full-time basis with over 8 years of experience, your role will involve providing functional support for D365 Finance and Operations (FO) modules related to Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management. You will be responsible for addressing incidents and functional issues in the supply chain domains, performing triage, and system resolution. Additionally, you will participate in configuring and validating asset management, collaborating with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues, and documenting solutions and system changes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide functional support for D365 FO modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, and asset management. - Address incidents and functional issues in supply chain domains, performing triage and system resolution. - Participate in configuration and validation of asset management such as maintenance scheduling, work orders, and asset tracking. - Collaborate with finance and technical teams to resolve integration issues like PO automation and ACH/banking interfaces. - Document solutions, system changes, and contribute to support runbooks and playbooks. - Optimize and streamline supply chain workflows in D365 FO for improved business impact. - Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and process walk-throughs for new team members. - Support quarterly upgrade testing and post-upgrade process validation. Qualifications & Skills: - 6-8 years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules; D365 certification is a plus. - Familiarity with inventory flow, procurement, asset management, and ERP incident management. - Ability to synthesize complex issues and recommend effective process improvements. - Experience in documentation and operational reporting. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.,
