Job Description

5 to 15 + Years of experience in D365 Implementation/Support with F&O Modules , specifically Retail/Commerce

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retails Commerce.
5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project.
Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge
Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution.
Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent documentation and articulation skills

Experience required:

Experience of working in Agile methodology
Experience of preparing FRD, FDD
Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
Microsoft D365 Commerce / Retail certification desired
Experience of D365 Commerce/ Retail implementations and support.
Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade.
Good to have experience of code / fix push to CPOS.
Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations.
Experience of SLA based support
Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow.
