Job Title: D365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant

Experience Level:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the functional aspects of D365 F&O implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure D365 F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Management & Accounting.
• Design and document functional solutions, including workflows, business processes, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated with Microsofts roadmap and new features in D365 F&O.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP consulting with at least 5 years in D365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven experience in

  2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations

  of D365 F&O.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial and operational modules.
• Experience with

  configuration, functional design, and system integration

• Familiarity with

  Power Platform

  Azure DevOps

  , and

  Lifecycle Services (LCS)

  .
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (preferred).
