D365 App Architect – Sales ( Professional Services)

Position Summary
The D365 Architect will be responsible for the architecting and development of a Microsoft AppSource app for Dynamics 365 Sales. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement a front-end solution that leverages an existing platform for publishing to the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing for D365, strong problem-solving skills, working on a product team, adhering to Agile processes, and product development.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Developmento Design and develop custom solutions on D365 Sales that are enterprise grade.o Develop supporting infrastructure and architecture to support the front-end application.o Integrate solutions with private backend endpoints between code libraries and APIs.o Build the roles and user profiles to match the customer experience vision of the team.Architectingo Design model for user experience and journey when using the solution.o Develop frameworks for onboarding and customizing against existing infrastructure in place.o Determine required development and backlog of tasks to build the solution to initial launch and beyond.Updates & Maintenance:o Plan and execute system updates, hot fixes, and patches in coordination with the team and relevant stakeholders.o Ensure that all changes and updates are thoroughly tested and deployed without impacting business operations.o Maintain version control and documentation for all updates and customizations.

Required Skills & Professional Experience:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.o Proven experience as a D365 Developer with a focus on Sales.o Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and administration.o Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Python.o Strong solution architecture experience on the Power Platform, specifically within Dynamics 365 Sales.o Experience with developing for Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.o Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
