Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Online Sales & Customer Retention Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Specialist will be responsible for Revenue Growth through Online Sales, Customer retention and reactivation. This has to be driven through indepth Customer data analysis, devising strategic marketing promotions and apt use of marketing automation tools. He / She is required to collaborate with Growth, Product, Content, and Ops teams to achieve revenue targets.


Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Online Sales & Marketing, Customer Retention and Revenue Generation.
  • Should have thorough experience of achieving Monthly Revenue Targets.
  • A bachelors degree. Professional degree preferred(MBA / B.E.)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Build & optimize retention and reactivation journeys on MoEngage and other available tools and channels.
  • Reactivate dormant users with personalized offers and communication.
  • Own retention, reactivation, and repeat sales targets.
  • Run multichannel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App).
  • Segment users, run A/B tests, and improve CTRs & conversions.
  • Track performance metrics (retention, reactivation, CLV) and share insights.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in marketing automation CRM, retention, or online sales—in a D2C or a consumer brand.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (MoEngage/CRM tools). (optional)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and sales persuasion skills.
  • Proven record of achieving retention/reactivation or sales targets for a consumer business
  • Must be target driven.
