Cybersecurity Training Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cyber Security Trainer to join our training project on a contractual basis. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to professionals of other fields, ensuring they gain practical knowledge, hands-on skills, and industry insights in the domain of Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions on core Cyber Security concepts such as:
• Ethical Hacking
• Network Security
• Web & Application Security
• Cloud Security
• Security Operations & Risk Management
• Cyber Laws & Compliance
• Design and deliver interactive learning modules, labs, and case studies.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide mentorship and support to students during practical exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, threats, and trends in Cyber Security.
• Evaluate learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of training goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (mandatory/preferred as per your requirement).
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in Cyber Security with at least 1–2 years in training/mentorship roles.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Wireshark, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
