Cybersecurity Practice Head A business leader to build a Business unit GTM range of security services, support in Client acquistion and growth

to lead the strategic growth, service innovation, and go-to-market execution of our cybersecurity business. The role demands a seasoned leader with deep domain expertise, business acumen, and the ability to scale offerings and teams across markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

Cybersecurity practice strategy

revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion

Shape a multi-year roadmap covering service portfolio, delivery excellence, and capability maturity.

Represent cybersecurity thought leadership across internal and external forums.

2. Offerings & Playbooks

cybersecurity service offerings

• Cloud Security & Zero Trust
• Application Security & DevSecOps
• Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
• GRC & Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.)

Threat Intelligence & Incident Response

repeatable playbooks, solution templates, and accelerators

Collaborate with product, delivery, and alliances teams to ensure market-relevant solutions.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

GTM strategy

Drive strategic partnerships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and cybersecurity ISVs.

Support key pursuits through solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.

Develop case studies, success stories, and whitepapers to strengthen brand positioning.

4. Capability Development

Foster collaboration across cloud, data, and application teams for integrated security solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in leadership or practice management roles.

• Proven track record in

  building and scaling cybersecurity businesses or practices

  .
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and enterprise architectures.

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience in defining and executing GTM and partnership strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic thinking.
• Relevant certifications preferred:

  CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent.
