CyberArk Support - Senior Associate

Responsibilities associated with this role include: - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CyberArk. - Leading incident calls with stakeholders. - Applying fixes and testing in different environments. - Documenting solutions and case progress. - Providing on-call support. - Participating in support review meetings and offering input for improvement. - Planning and executing new activities within defined timelines. - Auditing accounts and addressing login and permission issues. Requirements for this role include: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk components. - CyberArk Sentry certification is a plus. - Familiarity with CyberArk solutions and tools like SIEM and 2FA. - Experience in applying patches and conducting DR drills. - Proficiency in supporting platforms with CyberArk. - Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management processes. - Understanding of CPM and PSM connector customization. Additionally, the role requires: - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM IST or 9 PM to 6 AM IST. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
