Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support

  CyberArk modules

  including:
• Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
• Central Policy Manager (CPM)
• Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
• Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
• Manage

  CyberArk connectors

  for databases, operating systems, network devices, and SaaS applications.
• Experience configuring access for external users via CyberArk Privilege Cloud (Alero) services.
• Perform

  integration of CyberArk with SQL databases, Unix/Linux servers, Windows services, and SaaS platforms

  .
• Design and enforce

  Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  policies across CyberArk and connected systems.
• Integrate CyberArk with

  Entra ID (Azure AD)

  for authentication and identity federation.
• Configure password rotation, reconciliation, and verification policies in line with compliance standards.
• Implement

  Just-in-Time (JIT) access

  and enforce

  Principle of Least Privilege (POLP)

  .
• Support onboarding of privileged accounts and manage account lifecycle.
• Monitor privileged sessions and provide detailed audit/compliance reports.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and infrastructure teams integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems.
• Work closely with the various departments, application owners, and product managers to drive technical adoption of the PAM solution
• Troubleshoot CyberArk environment issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Develop and maintain

  standard operating procedures

  and technical documentation.
