Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Android Device Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile device testing methodologies and possess a passion for ensuring product quality. As an Android Device Tester, you will play a critical role in the development and deployment of our Android-based products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and usability. Responsibilities: You will be part of core Android team performing in-depth Android OS Kernel upgrades, Android OS domain validation, Connectivity testing which will enhance your test skills beyond application level. Conduct thorough testing of Android devices, including smartphones and tablets, to identify software defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of Android-based products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to drive the resolution of identified issues. Utilize various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to automate testing processes and streamline test execution. Document and communicate test results, including defects and anomalies, in a clear and concise manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and testing practices, and incorporate best practices into the testing process. Required Skill Set Should have 7-9 years of Relevant experience in the role of Android Device Tester. MUST have Android device end to end system testing skill with hands-on for flashing system images and expertise in adb logs, serial logs, QXDM logs, bug reports etc. Proven experience in Android device testing, including manual and automated testing techniques. Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, particularly Android, and familiarity with Android development tools and frameworks . Versatile with various Android versions and have worked on Android 11,12,13 and 14 . Experience in handling push notifications for iOS or Android. Have worked on Android OS upgrades with in-depth knowledge of FOTA, GOTA testing. Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case development, and defect tracking tools. Experience with test automation tools such as Appium or similar frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with performance testing and profiling of Android applications . Familiar with Agile process and development tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.)

System/Network Engineer: • 4 years of experience with network protocols, both layer 2 and layer 3 o BGP o OSPF o ISIS o Ethernet, VLANs, Trunking o Spanning Tree Protocol o VRRP/HSRP • Experience with IPv6 • Experience with the following equipment vendors o Cisco o Arista o Juniper • 1 year of experience with customer provisioning for business/enterprise Internet service o VRRP/HSRP o BGP and static routing • Experience with standard testing and troubleshooting methodologies. o Ping o Traceroute o Looking glass o Validating route advertisements • Familiarity with change management processes and attention to detail in Change Management • Proven ability to learn on the job and follow documented procedures • Experience with Python is a plus, but not a must have Note: - It's C2H position with one of our client & Night shift (US) with remote opportunity.
