Job Summary:

Technology Trainer – Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end training programs

  (beginner → lead level)

• Cover Cybersecurity modules:

  network security, application security, cloud security, ethical hacking

• Evaluate & rewrite resumes

  to align with industry standards

• Review, rewrite, and structure project stories

  for interviews

• Prepare real-world security case studies & scenario-based interview questions

• Design red-team / blue-team style situation-based questions

• Provide interview readiness documents:

  Q&A banks, cheat sheets, reference materials

• Conduct mock interviews

  (technical + HR) with feedback

• Mentor candidates on cybersecurity certifications

  (CEH, CISSP, CISM, etc.)

• Build training material:

  presentations, assignments, assessments, exercises

• Ensure candidates articulate answers & project stories confidently

• Continuously update training content

  with the latest threats, tools, and practices

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in Cybersecurity

  across multiple domains

• Strong expertise in threat modeling, SIEM, IAM, incident response, and penetration testing

• Prior interviewing, mentoring, and training experience

• Ability to rewrite resumes & project stories

  to match employer expectations

• Excellent communication, facilitation & presentation skills

• Relevant certifications preferred

  (CISSP, CEH, CISM, OSCP)
