Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer Location: Anna Nagar - Chennai Job Type: Part-Time Experience: 3+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Cyber Security Trainer to join our team to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, or corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cybersecurity practices, tools, and frameworks, and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs (both in-person and virtual). Train individuals and corporate clients in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices. Prepare and update course materials, labs, quizzes, and assessments. Conduct sessions on key topics such as network security, ethical hacking, incident response, threat analysis, risk management, and compliance. Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Provide guidance for certification preparation (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, etc.). Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Assist in developing cybersecurity learning paths for different audiences (beginner to advanced). Work collaboratively with content developers, subject matter experts, and technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum 2+years of experience in cybersecurity. Prior experience in delivering technical training or workshops is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and techniques (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, etc.). Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or similar. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
