Key Responsibilities – Cybersecurity Team Lead

-Serve as the primary contact for MDR client engagements

-Implement emerging threat intelligence (IOCs, detection rules)

-Ensure accurate, timely alert handling with defined procedures

-Develop and mature incident response playbooks and workflows

-Conduct investigations and escalate as per policy and protocols

-Mentor and guide SOC analysts for skill and performance growth

-Lead incident response actions and coordinate with leadership

-Define and track SOC metrics via dashboards and reports

-Plan and execute cybersecurity tabletop exercises and simulations

Key Requirements:

-5+ years in SOC or similar roles (MSSP experience preferred)

-Strong incident response and SIEM engineering expertise

-Leadership and team management skills

-Certifications like CySA+, CEH, ECIH, CSA, etc.

-Excellent communication and process management capabilities
