• Exato a growing organization with 100+ existing customer base and uniquely positioned as NICE platinum partner. Expanding our services from India to UK and US region.
• The current opportunity is for a large Insurance Client based in UK to migrate 1500+ agents over next 12 months
• Continue to support the customer for next 3 years with add-on CXOne features and functionality along with business growth
• Possibility of moving few resources to UK in the next 12 to 18 months time frame based on the impact created by the resources and client need
• Forming a COE based in Noida dedicated to this customer
• Along the same line, Exato is focusing on several large scale migration deals on CXOne and focusing on venturing into Zoom and Sprinkler to expand the business.

CXOne Engineer Responsibilities:

• End to End Implementation of NICE CXONE Suite for PAN INDIA and Overseas Customers.
• Configuration of CRM Driven Screen POP/Call Routing Implementation.
• Managing and configuring CXone User Hub.
• CXone Email Implementation.
• AI Experience Preferred.
• Contact Based Routing as per customer requirement.
• Handling Customer Communication with Internal and External Project Manager.
