We’re growing fast, and we need a CX Sales Engineer who’s ready to take the ride with us. Here’s what you’ll do : Design complexes contact center solutions across diverse platforms. Partner with clients to understand their CX needs and translate them into strategic solutions. Deliver impactful pre-sales support, including demonstrations, RFPs and presentations. Collaborate with engineering team to ensure seamless solution integration. Leverage your strong communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. If you’re: Having 3-5 years of experience in the contact center industry, preferably in pre-sales or solution design with strong network of contacts within the contact center industry A clear communicator: You can present complex information clearly and concisely in a way that makes people say “Aha!” A team player: You’re all about designing and implementing complex contact center solutions and celebrating wins together. Always learning: Understanding of omnichannel contact center solutions and platforms. We’re definitely a match! Bonus points if you: Having an engineering degree and solid experience in CX industry.
