You are a Software Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, driven by the desire to blend design and programming seamlessly. Your role will involve implementing visual elements and their interactions with users, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers to construct client-side logic, and bridging the gap between visual elements and server-side infrastructure. You will actively participate in defining the application's appearance and functionality. Your responsibilities will include developing new user-facing features, creating reusable code and libraries for future projects, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, validating user input before submission to back-end services, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals. As an Associate Technical Lead at Consilium Software, you will be a part of a dynamic team focused on developing enterprise cloud SAAS applications for the Unified communications domain. Your responsibilities will include determining project requirements, developing work schedules, writing clean and scalable code using .NET programming languages, testing and deploying applications, as well as collaborating with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. You will need to keep up to date with industry trends and developments, conduct technical research and development on new tools and technologies, improve existing software, and provide technical support as an expert on applications. Additionally, you will be required to develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ensure application security. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, JS with Angular, WCF Rest Web Services, SOAP service, Entity Framework, and strong OOPS concepts. You should also possess strong technical designing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in SQL server, performance tuning, concurrency, and locks.
