Associate Technical Lead (.Net)

As an Associate Technical Lead at Consilium Software, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical team and projects, analyzing requirements, identifying risks, and developing work schedules. Your primary responsibility will be to write quality code for an enterprise cloud SAAS application in the Unified Communications domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team. - Stay updated with industry trends and developments. - Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. - Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages. - Test and deploy applications and systems. - Revise, update, refactor, and debug code. - Conduct technical R&D on new tools and technologies. - Improve existing software. - Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, JS with Angular. - Experience in WCF Rest Web Services, SOAP service with strong threading concepts. - Familiarity with Entity Framework. - Strong understanding of OOPS. - Proficiency in low-level technical designing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with SQL server, including performance tuning and understanding of concurrency and locks. - DevOps understanding. - Knowledge of Scrum/Agile project management methodology. - Understanding of application security.
