Partnered with recruitment, operations, and sales teams to resolve client concerns highlighted in reviews and drive continuous improvements.
Analyzed feedback trends to identify improvement areas and suggested strategies to enhance client satisfaction and overall experience.
Adapted to fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining quality service delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong Knowledge of US IT recruitment
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Strong verbal & written communication skills with proven client-handling expertise.
Excellent organizational ability with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Flexible and adaptable to process changes, client demands, and US time zone shifts.
