Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer/Technical Support Associate to join our team in the Smart Metering Domain. This is an on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Customer/Technical Support Associate, you will provide front-line support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues, assist with the maintenance of desktop computers and related systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You will also work closely with the technical team to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including identifying and resolving technical problems effectively.
  • Experience in managing and working with Desktop Computers, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Customer Support and building positive customer relationships.
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to enhance user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the energy or IoT sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
