Job Title: Customer Support Intern 📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site) 🏢 Company: Unacademy 🕒 Type: Internship (Full-time, 6 days a week) 🕰️ Office Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM 💰 Stipend: ₹15,000/month 🚀 Start Date: Immediate Joiners Only About Unacademy: Unacademy is India’s largest learning platform, transforming education through technology. We aim to deliver exceptional learner experiences, and our support team plays a key role in achieving that mission. Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Support Intern who will assist learners with their queries, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to delivering a smooth and helpful support experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to learner queries via chat, email, or phone Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward solutions Escalate complex problems to the relevant teams Document support interactions and learner feedback Ensure a positive and professional support experience Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn Basic understanding of customer service tools (a plus) Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately Available to work on-site, 6 days a week Immediate joiners only ⚠️ Please Apply Only If You: Can work from the Bengaluru office (on-site) Are comfortable with the stipend of ₹15,000/month Can work 6 days a week Can join immediately Can work during 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Show more Show less
