JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for an individual with good communication and analytical skills to join our team as a Client Software Training and Support. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships and retain them, providing training on our company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Familiarizing you with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Firmly work with respective team members to update the tickets
  • Providing training on our company's products
  • Resolving client’s tickets and escalate to the other teams if needed.
  • Collect client Feedback, satisfy them and make them retain with the company.
  • Convincing and influencing ability
  • Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
  • Skills to work both independently and as part of a team
