Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Trainee at SmartKargo, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and offering product information and recommendations. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment, maintain accurate customer records, and escalate complex issues when necessary. Additionally, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends will be crucial in meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat. - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. - Provide product information and recommendations. - Collaborate with other departments for timely order fulfillment. - Maintain accurate customer interaction records. - Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics. - Continuously improve customer service processes. - Possess excellent phone and email communication skills. - Ability to handle high volume customer interactions.
