Position: Customer Support Trainee
Qualification: Any Degree (Freshers Welcome)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Support Trainees. Selected candidates will be on a 6 months of training in customer support, after completion of 6 months, salary revisions will be based on performance.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers eligible)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multilingual skills preferred (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Office, Email)
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude.
