About the Role

Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative/quantitative targets.

Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduation is

    mandatory

    (any stream).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1+ years of experience

    in a Voice Process (BPO/Customer Service).
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal communication
  • Location:

    Must be based in or willing to relocate to

    Indore

    .
  • Presence:

    This is a 100%

    Work from Office

    (WFO) role.
  • Skills:

    Strong active listening, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
