Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters
  • Document customer interactions appropriately


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate freshers

    are eligible to apply
  • Graduates with experience

    in International Voice / BPO domain are also welcome
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability


Work Schedule:

  • 5 days working

  • 2 rotational weekly offs

  • Rotational shifts

    (as per business requirements)
