Hiring for International Customer Support Voice (Fresher/Experience)

Role Overview

As an Associate International Customer Support (Voice), you will handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, resolve queries, and provide a seamless service experience. The role requires excellent communication, adherence to service quality standards, and the ability to meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and support via inbound/outbound voice calls

Provide accurate information and solutions as per process guidelines

Maintain service levels and quality standards

Ensure punctuality, attendance, and compliance with company policies

Build positive professional relationships and maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility

Education: 10+2 (Freshers eligible) / Graduates (Freshers eligible)

Experience: 02 years in international voice/customer support

Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication, awareness of telephonic etiquette, typing speed with basic computer navigation, customer-centric mindset

Salary & Benefits

Fresher Salary: 21,300 (in-hand, post PF, ESI, Insurance, PT deductions)

Experienced Salary: 30% hike on last drawn CTC
