Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats while providing timely solutions to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues within agreed timelines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduate/Freshers can apply).
• Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
