Customer Support Specialist

You should be located in Pune and comfortable working in night shifts. The salary offered is 2.74 LPA along with cab facility and shift allowance of Rs 4000. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, open to Freshers/Graduates, and B.Tech graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, especially those available for immediate joining. The work schedule is 5 days a week with cab facility available. Key skills required include: - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to understand and address customer issues clearly and concisely, good comprehension and composition skills, and the capability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Computer Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in using a desktop computer system and excellent typing skills.
