Customer Support Specialist

As a part of the Voice Process team in our company, your role will involve resolving customer queries through voice calls. You will be working 100% from the office with a fixed salary and the opportunity for permanent hiring. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolving customer queries through voice calls - Working in a customer-oriented manner - Adhering to a 24/7 shift schedule - Maintaining a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy - Working for 9 hours a day with 8 hours of work and a 1-hour break **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education - Freshers are welcome to apply - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi without major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) - Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night and overnight shifts - Willingness to not take planned leave for the first 3 months after joining If you have at least 1 year of experience, the salary offered is 2 LPA (15.4K/Month), and for freshers, it is 12.7K/Month. The salary will commence from the first day of your employment and will be fixed. Additionally, pick-up and drop facilities will be provided for odd shifts. We conduct multiple interview rounds, including an HR round via video call, an Operations round for a general check, a Client round via video call, and a Versant round to assess language proficiency. This is a full-time job with a requirement to work in person at our office location.
