International Voice Process (Mandatory)
Strong Communication Skills

US shift (India night shift)
Open to
work from office
(all days)
Immediate Joiners with less than 30 days Notice Period

Should have International inbound voice experience into customer service.
Any background is fine, having healthcare is an added advantage.
Excellent Communication Skills
We do consider only relevant experience irrespective of total years of experience candidate have. (eg: total 4 years exp but relevant exp is only 1yr then only 1yr exp will be considered).
Graduation is not mandatory, we can consider PUC, Diploma as well.

100% WFO, shift timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM.
