Customer Support (Spanish)

As a Customer Service representative in Mumbai (Andheri East), your role involves handling customer and seller queries in Spanish via email, chat, or calls. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to seller and customer queries in Spanish through various communication channels. - Translating, proofreading, and localizing product titles, descriptions, and FAQs into Spanish. - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines. - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order issues, cancellations, and SLA breaches. - Tracking and reporting performance metrics for Spanish-language marketplaces. - Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements. - Maintaining high CSAT and NPS scores for Spanish-language support. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Spanish (B2 Level or above) both verbally and written. - Graduation in any discipline. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - High energy, target-driven, and team-oriented attitude. - Neutral Spanish accent with excellent written and spoken communication. - Prior experience in eCommerce operations or customer support. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
