As a Customer Support representative in the Banking sector with the opportunity to work from home on a 1-month contract basis, your role will involve various responsibilities such as: - Welcoming customers through calls - Handling grievances effectively - Providing timely resolutions to customer queries - Retaining customers by addressing their concerns - Upselling products or services - Generating revenue for the organization To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Hold a Degree in any field - Be prepared to submit photocopies of your educational and experience certificates upon joining the company Additionally, it is essential to note that candidates should be fluent in any of the following language pairs: English & Telugu, English & Malayalam, or English & Hindi. The company will conduct the screening process through various rounds including HR, Assessment, OPS, and Client rounds. Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary based on the language proficiency: Telugu - 17K CTC, Malayalam - 19K CTC, Hindi - 17K CTC. While the job offers the flexibility of working from home, candidates should be located in Chennai and be willing to attend training at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur for approximately 10 days. The work schedule entails 6 days a week with a 24*7 rotational shift pattern, including night shifts and a one-hour break within a 9-hour shift.
