We are hiring experienced professionals for the Max Life Insurance process at ICCS Ltd., with a strong background in COE operations. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience in life insurance processes, preferably handling COE-related activities like policy servicing, compliance, customer interaction, or quality audits.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle end-to-end process of Max Life Insurance operations.• Work on COE activities including quality checks, compliance adherence, and process standardization.• Interact with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries and ensure seamless service delivery.• Maintain data accuracy and documentation as per audit standards.• Ensure adherence to SLA and TAT guidelines.• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.Candidate Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance domain (COE experience preferred).• Minimum 1 year of calling experience in Life Insurance domain (Trad & ULIP).• Strong communication and analytical skills.• Knowledge of insurance workflows, policy servicing, or COE methodologies.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).• Graduate in any stream.• Stock Marketing / Trading also be preferred.
