Customer Service (Blended process)

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in an International Voice/Non-voice process. You should have good communication skills in English and can work either as a fresher or with relevant experience. The work schedule includes 5 days of work with rotational shifts at our office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Your primary duties will involve listening to customers" concerns, giving detailed explanations of products/services, and collaborating with the sales team to address complaints effectively. You will review customer accounts, handle inbound calls, and provide accurate information and resolutions in a timely manner. Additionally, you will troubleshoot problems, offer technical assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their queries. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, improving processes with colleagues, and enhancing the overall customer experience will be essential parts of your role. The job type is full-time, and we are looking for immediate joiners who can attend a walk-in interview at our location.
