Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at TriNet, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer issues and inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. You will utilize various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and service cases to address customer concerns promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system, managing open cases to resolution, and meeting key performance indicator metrics set by management. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve customer issues and inquiries through phone, email, chat, and service cases. - Triage, escalate, and ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries. - Document all customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce). - Manage open cases in CRM system to resolution while keeping customers informed. - Meet established key performance indicator metrics for customer retention and satisfaction. - Aim for first contact resolution and provide accurate information in a professional manner. Qualifications: - General education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training. - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Fluency in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce. - Knowledge of contact center technologies. - Ability to follow procedures accurately and maintain confidentiality. - Commitment to high professional ethical standards and diversity. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment. - Work US daytime hours (5 AM to 5 PM PST).
