Job Description

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups, confirmations, feedback, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain call logs, enquiry records, and customer databases accurately.
  • Greet walk-in visitors and assist them with basic queries and check-in formalities.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, pricing, and company offerings.
  • Manage incoming email inquiries and respond or forward them accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, demos, and maintain calendar coordination for management.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception/work area.
  • Coordinate with sales, admin, HR, and operations team as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and business data.
  • Assist with daily office tasks such as documentation, visitor entries, courier handling, etc.
  • Achieve call targets, follow scripts, and contribute to team goals.
  • Ensure a positive customer service experience and represent the brand professionally.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
