Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls related to the
(vehicle rental/fleet services)
process.
Assist international customers with bookings, inquiries, modifications, and issue resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.
Adhere to process scripts, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors when necessary.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in international voice process (preferably US clients).
Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
Fluent in English (verbal communication).
Ready to work in US time zone.
