We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position and we welcome freshers to apply.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with product or service related issues
Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues as necessary
Providing product information and recommendations to customers
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
