Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and confidently in English to resolve queries and concerns.
Prior experience in
English voice process / international customer support
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) with a
neutral/global accent
.
Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Laptop/desktop with reliable Wi-Fi connection
is mandatory.
Basic computer literacy; ability to quickly learn CRM/ticketing tools.
No specific domain knowledge required.
